Job Description: We are interested in seeing parameterization and/or validation Force Field developers. Candidates should have world-class credentials in chemistry, physics, or biophysics, or in a relevant area of computational science or applied mathematics and must have unusually strong research and programming skills.
Job Requirements: The development of new force field models for biological molecules, parameterization of existing models for new classes of molecules, the investigation of physics-based models for simulation, the development and application of accurate quantum chemical methods for biological and organic molecules, the study of biologically important systems using molecular dynamics and/or Monte Carlo simulation, and the application of statistical mechanics to biomolecular systems—but specific knowledge of any of these areas is less critical than exceptional intellectual ability and a demonstrated track record of achievement.
