Job Description: Our client, a well established consumer product company, seeks dynamic Vice President of Customer Service to lead team and help take department to a new level of service to long-standing customers.
Seeking top level executive to manage and execute all customer service activities for leading company based on Long Island .
Responsibilities:
Oversee a staff of 20+ in all activities of customer service
Develop, manage and train staff in all customer service initiatives
Develop policies and procedures to enhance service to customers
Strategic planning to handle growth within company
Job Requirements: Self-starter, with the ability the make decisions
10+ years experience managing large staff, preferrably in a consumer product environment
Ability to analyze all procedures and develop improvements to ensure efficiency of service and orders going out
