Job Description: Our client, a leading Long Island based consumer product company, seeks dynamic Public Relations Leader!
Serve as PR front person for company; managing all public relations aspects of company functions.
Develop PR strategies for current product lines.
Develop creative story angles and secure coverage in local, national and broadcast outlets.
Manage inbound press requests for information and materials.
Develop and foster a rapport with trade publications
Write press releases
Job Requirements: 5+ years Public Relations experience, preferrably from a consumer product environment.
Self-motivated, results and deadline oriented.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate
