• Plan, supervise and complete audit compliance and consulting engagements
• Client management, needs assessment and day to day interaction and support
• Assist in tax planning process
• Enforce policies and procedures and quality control requirements
• Develop and maintain new client relationships
• Supervise seniors and junior accountants
Job Requirements: Job Requirement
• Technical proficiency in certified financial statement audits and reviews
• Corporate and individual taxation experience a plus
• CPA - Minimum 5 years related experience
• Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to work in a team environment
• Previous mid size experience a plus
• Construction industry knowledge a plus
