Job Description: Our client, a premier Long Island based company, seeks dynamic National Sales Director to lead great team.
In this key role as National Sales Director candidate must have the following experience:
Management:
1. Develop, Manage and Implement sales strategies and sales plans for team.
2. Define overall target market and set performance goals.
3. Look for and capitalize on opportunities to achieve strategic positioning of product.
4. Propose and execute policies and develop programs to achieve maximum sales.
Sales:
1. Establish sales territories.
2. Monitor and analyze sales activity.
3. Establish relationships with key accounts.
4. Develop sales programs that drive performance.
Management of team:
1. Lead and manage a team of professionals including national and international.
2 Direct staffing, training and performance evaluations.
3 Grow and expand sales team coverage
Job Requirements: Qualified Candidates Will Possess:
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
Detail oriented and well organized with excellent customer service skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate and cultivate relationships with all levels of organization
At least 5 years experience in sales management
